Material baja ED11 (SKD11) – Cold Work Tool Steel

• ED11 is tool steel with high endurance and medium toughness
• ED11 application: Punch, Mould, Rolling Cutter, Shearing, etc.
• After process heat treatment ED11 maximum of 60 – 62 HRC.
• ED11 availables the form of Plate and Round bar (as)
• Equivalent ED11 : JIS SKD11, AISI D2, DIN 1.2379, Daido DC11, Hitachi SLD.

Material baja ED61 (SKD61) – Hot Work Tool Steel

• ED61 is tool steel with resistance to high temperatures
• ED61 application : high pressure die casting and Hot forging press.
• After process heat treatment ED61 maximum of 48 – 52 HRC.
• ED61 availables the form of Plate and Round bar (as)
• Equivalent ED61 : JIS SKD61, AISI H13, DIN 1.2344, Daido DHA1, Hitachi DAC.

Material baja P20/2311 – Plastic Mould

• P20 is plastic mould steel prehardened. For the ability wear and good heat.
• P20 application : Injection moulds and dies ekstrusion for thermo-plastics, blow moulds, forming tools and press-brake dies.
• Prehardened : 28 – 33 HRC.
• P20 availables the form of Plate.
• Equivalent P20 : AISI P20, DIN 1.2311, Daido PX4, Hitachi HPM2.

Material baja SKT4 – Hot Work Tool Steel

• SKT4 is tool steel prehardened, high toughness and resistance to good thermal stress.
• SKT4 application : Dies for hot forging, hot shearing and injection plastic mould, supporting tools for hot extrusion.
• Prehardened : 41 – 44 HRC.
• Equivalent SKT4 : JIS SKT4, AISI L6, DIN 1.2714, Daido GFA, Hitachi DM.
